Job summary

Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a friendly Golf Shop Attendant to greet members and guests, assist with tee times, and provide product information with a professional demeanor.

You will support resort operations, handle guest requests, and maintain a neat uniform while supporting a fast-paced, team-oriented golf shop environment. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role; Pro Golf retail experience is a plus.
• Proficient in computer skills; experience with property management systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions (reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling) for extended periods.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and members with a friendly, professional demeanor and provide prompt service.
• Responsible for all administrative functions including assisting members and guests with tee times, resort questions and sales.
• Be knowledgeable about the game of golf and provide basic product information for members and guests.
• Maintain knowledge of the resort’s daily operations, recreation activities, dining services, local attractions, and events.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, escalating to a supervisor when necessary.
• Collaborate with outside golf ops and golf services department to meet guest needs.
• Always maintain a professional appearance, ensuring the assigned uniform is clean, pressed, and complete with the required nametag.
• Attend all required meetings and trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to meet business needs.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and brand service standards.
