ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests and support front desk operations at our property in Kennesaw, GA. The role requires friendly service, phone handling, check-ins/outs, and accurate payment processing in line with company guidelines.

You will work with the team to maintain a clean lobby, assist with breakfast displays, and uphold safety procedures while maximizing guest satisfaction and upsell opportunities for reservations.

Formación

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests, associates and outside vendors.
• Proficient operation of the property management system technology and run shift reports.
• Follow safety rules and operating instructions.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform basic arithmetic for payments and balances.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out and collect payments.
• Handle reservations and registrations per guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area and lobby in accordance with standards.
• Process cash, credit cards and city ledger accounts.
• Assist with breakfast display setup and teardown.
• Sell ESA values and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures.
