Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide an outstanding guest experience at our property in Kennesaw, GA. You will assist guests, handle check-ins/outs, answer phones, process payments, and maintain front desk operations according to company standards.

Ideal candidates communicate in English, are proficient with a property management system, and can resolve guest issues with courtesy.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to operate the property management system and perform audits.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to complete routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in and check-out, and collect payments.
• Maintain front desk area and public spaces; ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Promote ESA's service culture and resolve guest issues using Make it Right.
• Support breakfast setup, reservations processing, and daily front desk tasks.
• Identify sales opportunities and convert inquiries into reservations and rooms.
