You will maintain front desk areas, complete daily front office paperwork, and help ensure safety and security standards are followed.

Qualifications

• English proficient communication with guests and colleagues.
• Proficient operation of property management system technologies.
• Ability to complete routine front desk reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and respond to requests with diligent follow‑through.
• Check guests in/out, process reservations and payments according to guidelines.
• Handle cash, credit cards and city ledger accounts and reconcile at shift end.
• Maintain front desk, lobby and common areas in an organized, clean state.
• Promote ESA services to inquiries and convert to reservations.
• Provide safe, courteous service and comply with safety procedures.
• Cross‑train in housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Complete daily front office paperwork.
