Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional reception/concierge experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication and polished appearance.
• Comfort with multi-line phones and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and log them securely, ensuring NDA compliance.
• Route calls globally and handle inquiries discreetly with a business-first attitude.
• Issue badges and manage access control for facility security.
• Support Mail Services, Hospitality, and Facilities as needed to keep the office running.
• Set up conference rooms and coordinate catering for meetings.
• Keep reception and pantry areas neat and stocked.
