Bass Pro Shops in Hammond, CA is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to greet customers, provide information and directions, and help with merchandise with care, contributing to a world-class shopping experience.

You will process returns, manage refunds or exchanges, stay knowledgeable about products, and assist with hunting/fishing licenses, while promoting programs like CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up, all while following company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Handle merchandise with care and assist with returns and exchanges.
• Secure firearms in store with trigger locks.
• Check in vendor representatives and manage visitor logs and badges.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
• Provide a legendary experience by identifying needs and recommending products.
