Staff will promote CLUB memberships, VOC, and in-store pickup options while keeping a neat, well-stocked work area and following all policies. Essential duties emphasize world-class customer service, accurate transactions, and teamwork in a busy retail

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Ability to handle merchandise returns and process refunds/exchanges.
• Familiarity with POS and basic sales transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide information and directions.
• Secure firearms with trigger locks and manage visitor badges for vendors.
• Process merchandise returns and complete refund/exchange paperwork.
• Promote club memberships, VOC, and in-store pickup programs.
• Maintain a clean, stocked work area and follow company policies.
