Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to greet customers, assist with product selection, and process returns while maintaining a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

Key duties include firearm security, license sales, and enforcing store policies. You will build relationships with customers, help resolve questions, and promote store programs. The role offers part-time hours with valuable employee perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Handle merchandise returns; complete refund / exchange paperwork.
• Secure firearms brought into the store with trigger locks.
• Sell Hunting and Fishing Licenses as appropriate.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Keep work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies.
• Follow all Company Policies and Procedures.
