Bass Pro Shops in Gurnee, IL is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to greet and assist customers, handle merchandise with care, and provide information and direction to shoppers.

This part-time role emphasizes world-class service, product knowledge, and executing returns, exchanges, and promotions. You’ll support hunting and fishing licenses and club programs while maintaining a clean, stocked workspace.

Qualifications

• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt and friendly manner and assist with purchases.
• Handle merchandise returns and process refunds/exchanges.
• Sell Hunting and Fishing Licenses and promote membership programs.
• Maintain a clean, well stocked work area and stay aware of sales promotions.
• Secure firearms with trigger locks and manage visitor logs as required.
