Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to greet customers, provide information, and assist with purchases in a friendly, efficient manner. You will handle merchandise with care, process returns, and support programs such as CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate a POS system.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide information and direction.
• Handle merchandise returns and process refunds/exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions to assist buying decisions.
• Support incentive programs and viewer club memberships and in-store pickup.
