Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, move and lift up to 44 pounds as needed.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming experience.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and promote store services.
• Explain and enroll guests in Target Loyalty programs as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while following safety standards.
• Support order pickup and drive-up services and direct customers to use these features.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
