Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard to guests.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming experience.
• Assist guests with product questions and usage of the Target App features (Wallet, Drive Up, Order Pick Up).
• Promote and explain loyalty programs and help with sign-up when needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, maintaining accuracy and food safety standards where applicable.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and support store operations during peak times.
