Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate in California to help guests with their needs and provide a welcoming experience. You will greet guests, assist with questions, and promote in-store and digital services such as order pickup and Drive Up, while guiding guests on loyalty benefits.

The role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, flexibility for varying shifts, and using Target apps and scanners to resolve guest needs. Training is provided.

• Scan and bag items accurately while following safety standards.
• Support Order Pick-Up and Drive Up services and guide guests to use features.
• Maintain a clean workspace and assist with merchandise during open hours.
• Demonstrate safe work practices and comply with policies.
