Target is seeking a Guest Advocate in California to deliver friendly guest service and promote benefits of Target Loyalty programs. You will greet guests, assist with purchases, and help guests navigate store services like order pickup and drive-up while staying helpful and efficient.

This role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, and hours may include nights and weekends to support guest needs.

• Explain and enroll guests in loyalty programs when appropriate.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and safely.
• Support guest services like order pickup and drive-up operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area.
• Help guests understand Target App features and benefits.
