Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate in San Diego to welcome guests, assist with the Target App, and support returns, orders, and Drive Up. You will work in a fast-paced store environment, delivering friendly service and promoting loyalty programs.

The role requires strong communication, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to multitask while maintaining store standards. Training will cover checkout processes and store tools.

• Explain Target Loyalty benefits and assist with sign-up.
• Scan and bag items accurately while following safety standards.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality.
• Explain features of the Target App and how to use Drive Up/Order Pick Up.
