• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining accuracy.
• Show guests how to use Target App features like Wallet.
• Direct guests to Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Handle returns per policy and escalate with leaders when needed.
• Maintain clean work area and stock supplies during shifts.
• Adhere to safety policies and ethical conduct.
