Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery seeks a Service Assistant to deliver an outstanding guest experience in our dining room. You will greet guests, coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams, and ensure every table is stocked and prepared for service.

Your role is essential to creating memorable visits and upholding our service standards. We value teamwork, energetic hospitality, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must embody Cooper’s Hawk values.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Team-based mindset and collaborative attitude.
• Passion for guest service and hospitality.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Able to multi-task and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk up to 10 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and hospitality.
• Coordinate with all restaurant departments for a memorable guest experience.
• Adhere to Cooper’s Hawk service standards and food handling procedures.
• Deliver food to tables and assist with carry-out orders.
• Engage with guests, answer questions about food, wine, and facilities.
