Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a Service Assistant to help keep the dining room running smoothly and create memorable moments for every guest. You will support team with seamless service and contribute to Uncompromising Hospitality in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Energetic and positive hospitality mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Team-oriented with strong communication.
• English reading writing and comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a ready station for guest service.
• Stock tableware and supplies to keep service flowing.
• Follow SOPs to prepare work areas for opening, mid-shift, closing.
• Keep dining areas clean and guest-ready.
• Restock and reset tables quickly to welcome guests.
• Communicate with servers and managers to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with food running and carryout orders as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about food and facilities.
• Go beyond to keep dining experience comfortable and polished.
