Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a Service Assistant to help create a positive guest experience by staging the dining area and ensuring guests have what they need for a memorable visit.

You will greet guests, coordinate with restaurant departments, and deliver orders while maintaining a clean, organized work area and upholding service standards. This role offers comprehensive benefits and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and some holidays.
• Capable of standing and walking up to 10 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet all Guests with hospitality and friendliness.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Deliver food orders to tables and assist with carry-out as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow service standards.
