Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking Service Assistants to keep the dining room running smoothly and help create memorable moments for every guest. You will ensure the space is prepared, support the team with seamless service, and contribute to delivering Uncompromising Hospitality.

Responsibilities include keeping areas stocked, assisting with table turns, and communicating with the team to maintain a polished, guest‑focused dining experience.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Energy and positivity with a love for hospitality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• A team mindset and willingness to communicate clearly.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Keep the dining room ready, clean, organized and guest ready.
• Restock and reset tables quickly to welcome guests without delay.
• Communicate with servers and managers to keep service running smoothly.
• Help with food running and carryout orders to support the team.
