Job summary

United Dairy Farmers seeks a Shift Leader in Loveland, OH to provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and oversee shift operations. The role ensures friendly service, safe store conditions, and accurate POS transactions.

You will supervise associates, prepare DipSide items, stock merchandise, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards according to company policy. This is a full-time position with potential for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales including alcohol and tobacco.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate POS and gas console accurately.
• Must be able to lift 10 pounds and tolerate cold temps.
• Ability to read price book and verify IDs.
• Shift availability includes 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests warmly and help them have a great visit.
• Prepare DipSide items and other ice cream products.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately; handle transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves, milk boxes, and freezers; keep areas clean and organized.
• Monitor safety and security; follow loss-prevention procedures.
