Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Ohio to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience from welcome to fulfillment. The role supports smooth, compliant store operations and coordinates a team during peak hours.

The successful candidate will manage shakes and sundae prep, POS and gas transactions, and maintain cleanliness and stock levels while ensuring safety and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a high level of guest service in a fast-paced retail or food service setting.
• Ability to operate POS and cash handling with accuracy and integrity.
• Proven leadership skills; able to guide and motivate a team during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to ensure the five phases of The Hi Five Guest Experience are delivered.
• Oversee shake/malt and beverage preparations and maintain clean, inviting service areas.
• Manage POS and gas transactions, cash handling, and secure drop procedures.
• Ensure stock, display quality, and proper rotation; monitor refrigeration and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, compliance, and reporting of time and attendance.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members; uphold policies and laws.
