Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader in Mason, OH to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and oversee daily operations. duties include greeting guests, preparing DipSide items, and maintaining accurate POS and gas sales while ensuring product freshness and store standards.

The role requires adherence to company policies, lawful handling of alcohol and tobacco, and ability to work 37-40 hours weekly across 1st–3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales including alcohol and tobacco.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Flexible to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Able to lift at least 10 pounds and tolerate cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, cones and other DipSide items.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately and securely.
• Stock shelves, milk boxes, and display cases and ensure freshness.
