Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Grove City, OH is seeking a Shift Leader to support store operations across the 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts, with a full-time schedule of 37–40 hours per week. The position offers a pay range of $13.50–$15.25 per hour and requires compliance with all company policies and state laws.

The Shift Leader will deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, manage DipSide items, POS and gas sales, stock and maintain equipment, and ensure safe, efficient store operation while handling time

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Able to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Able to handle cash/credit transactions and make change.
• Able to lift and move items and lift up to 21 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Prepare DipSide items (shakes, sundaes, etc.).
• Operate POS and gas console accurately.
• Stock shelves, milk boxes, and freezers; keep dip cabinet presentable.
