Job summary

Kilwins is seeking a high-energy shift leader to drive guest experience, store standards, and team accountability on the sales floor. This leadership role goes beyond a cashier position and focuses on ownership, organization, and upbeat momentum during busy shifts.

You will be a visible shift leader, ensuring Kilwins standards are upheld for guests and employees each day, while coaching peers and maintaining visual appeal and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience is helpful, but ownership and frontline leadership in busy environments are encouraged.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or fast-paced customer service is welcomed.
• Punctual, dependable, and guest-friendly mindset.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional guest greetings, engagement, and service recovery.
• Manage shift pace, task flow, and team urgency.
• Oversee product presentation, stock levels, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach peers on customer interaction and sales behaviors.
• Lead opening and closing routines.
• Ensure register accuracy and daily shift organization.
• Maintain merchandising upkeep and visual appeal.
• Provide quick problem-solving during rush periods.
• Support chocolates, ice cream, fudge, caramel apples, and gift sales.
