Kilwins is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to help create a warm, exciting, memorable experience for customers. You will greet guests, answer questions, upsell treats, and assist with orders in a fast-paced, team-centered environment.

This role emphasizes energetic, friendly service, reliability, and the ability to multitask while maintaining displays and ensuring a polished shop floor. Prior retail or food service experience is helpful but not required, as attitude matters most.

• working as part of a fast-moving team during busy rushes

As a Guest Experience Associate, you are one of the first smiles customers see, one of the voices they remember, and a key part of the atmosphere that makes guests want to come back.

You will help customers celebrate birthdays, pick out gifts, enjoy ice cream, sample chocolates, and leave with a great experience, all while working in a fast-paced, team-centered, high-energy environment.

What You’ll Do
