Job summary

Kilwins in Knoxville is seeking a high-energy Guest Experience Shift Leader for night closing shifts four nights per week, with some weekend coverage. You will be a visible shift leader on the floor, driving guest experiences and ensuring standards.

You will coach peers, manage shift pace and task flow, protect register accuracy, and maintain product presentation and visual appeal while supporting fast-paced sales and service.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience is helpful but not required.
• Retail or hospitality background welcomed.
• Able to work nights, weekends as needed.
• Confident in directing peers and staying calm under pressure.
