Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking Service Assistants to help keep the dining room running smoothly and create memorable moments for every guest. Expect to support a team that delivers Uncompromising Hospitality in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment.

Eligible applicants must be 18+, bring energy and a positive attitude, and be able to multitask while lifting up to 40 pounds. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Training and growth opportunities are available within our team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Energy and positivity with a love for hospitality
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods
• Open availability including weekends and holidays
• Team mindset and clear communication
• Ability to read, write and understand English

Responsibilities

• Prepare your station and stay ready for guests using checklists
• Restock and reset tables quickly to ensure seamless seating
• Assist servers with food running and carryout orders as needed
• Greet guests warmly and provide helpful answers about food and facilities
• Maintain clean, organized dining spaces to keep guests comfortable and welcome
