Job summary

Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking Service Assistants to keep the dining room running smoothly and to create memorable guest experiences. You will prepare stations, restock supplies, and support the team to deliver seamless service.

Ideal candidates are 18+, energetic with a love for hospitality, able to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds. Weekend availability and strong communication are a must.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Energetic, positive attitude and love for hospitality.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for long periods.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Keep the dining room clean, organized and guest-ready.
• Restock and reset tables quickly for speedy service.
• Communicate with servers and managers to maintain smooth service.
• Assist with food running and carryout orders as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and help answer questions about food and wine.
