Qualifications

• Leadership and people-management experience in service settings.
• Strong customer-service mindset with guest interaction skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple front-of-house operations (lobby, concession, auditorium).
• Solid communication, both verbal and written, with cross-functional teams.
• Basic business/admin skills including cash handling and inventory support.
• Experience in movie theaters, hospitality, retail, or restaurant environments is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable standing for long periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality/business education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and guest service standards.
• Schedule, train, coach, and supervise service staff.
• Monitor auditorium, lobby, and concession floor activities; resolve guest concerns.
