Cinépolis USA in McKinney, TX is seeking a Service Manager to lead front-of-house operations and ensure luxury service for guests. You will supervise servers, bartenders, runners, and concessions, while training staff and maintaining high standards across the theater.

This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to drive sales goals and guest satisfaction. A background in hospitality and supervisory experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or hospitality.
• 1+ years of bar/restaurant management required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience required.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Assistant General Manager in interviewing and onboarding hourly staff.
• Prepare weekly schedules and ensure all shifts are covered.
• Lead by example to maintain luxury service standards.
• Monitor front-of-house operations and guest experience.
• Support events and promotions as needed.
• Collaborate with HR and regional teams on staffing and training.
