Responsabilités

• Assists the Assistant General Manager in interviewing and hiring hourly staff.
• Prepares weekly schedules through HotSchedules and ensures all shifts are covered.
• Fosters professional relationships with direct reports, peers, and HR.
• Provides direction, coaching and leadership for all employees.
• Conducts daily pre-shift meetings and supports sales goals and promotions.
• Manages In-Seat Dining, auditorium sales, and guest experience.
• Ensures facilities are clean, safe and in proper working order.
