Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of full service serving experience.
• ServSafe, Food Handler’s and Alcohol certifications required.
• Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System and perform basic math.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Is organized and able to prioritize in a fast paced and constantly changing environment while maintaining a smile and positive attitude.
• Great communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations and issues in a positive manner.
• Have integrity and can be counted on to the right thing.
• Flexible working hours including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders.
• Relay orders to kitchen and deliver meals.
• Guide guests through the menu and upsell promotions.
• Handle payments and credit card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and side-work.
• Attend trainings and meetings.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues.
• Ensure alcohol service and safety compliance.
