Job summary

Cinépolis USA, a premier luxury cinema exhibitor, is seeking a Service Manager to lead front-of-house teams and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role covers guest services, servers, bartenders, runners, and concessions, with emphasis on maintaining Cinépolis luxury standards across operations.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, managing schedules via HotSchedules, driving sales through KPI tracking, and collaborating with the General Manager and HR on staff issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of bar and restaurant management preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience required.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant General Manager in interviewing and hiring hourly staff.
• Prepare weekly schedules through HotSchedules and ensure all shifts are covered.
• Provide direction, coaching and leadership for all employees.
• Conduct daily pre-shift Take One meetings and drive sales goals.
