Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and high-quality food is prepared and served. You will keep the line clean, train crew, and ensure equipment works properly, with hands-on tasks when not busy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in and assist with tasks when not busy.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future Service Leaders.
• Support with office administration tasks and ensure supplies and equipment are ready.
