Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. The role requires training a restaurant crew, maintaining a clean line, and proactively assisting with tasks when not busy.

Responsibilities include upholding food safety practices, resolving customer incidents, and supporting daily administrative duties. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and compliance with health department requirements.
• Cash handling policies and procedures familiarity.
• Experience with office paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and banking/cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and available.
