Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides great service. The role also covers line supervision and schedule coordination.

You will play a key part in food safety, crew development, and supporting daily office tasks as needed. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Understanding cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf life monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist compliance.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and available.
