Job summary

The position requires hands-on leadership, ability to manage schedules, and collaboration with management to resolve incidents and deliver excellent service. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and with properly functioning equipment.
• Supervise, train, and develop front-of-house crew.
• Monitor breaks, shifts, and line schedules; assist with tasks as needed.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development of future Service Leaders.
• Handle office duties such as banking and cash handling policies.
