Responsibilities

• Keep the line organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train Front of House crew.
• Assist with performance reviews and coaching of team members.
• Support office administration tasks and supply management.
