Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe International (STP) Inc in Myrtle Beach is seeking service-oriented team members to take orders, run food, handle payments, and deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include POS transactions, checking IDs, responsible alcohol service, and maintaining a clean station while providing excellent product knowledge and upselling. Join us to be part of a globally recognized hospitality brand.

Responsibilities

• Taking guests’ orders.
• Running food.
• Handling cash and other payment methods.
• Processing sales with a point-of-sale system.
• Checking IDs for guests who look under 30.
• Ensuring responsible alcohol service.
• Demonstrating product knowledge.
• Employing upselling techniques.
• Answering guest questions clearly and politely.
• Proactively meeting guest needs and checking back throughout service.
• Maintaining a clean, organized station including pre-bussing.
• Assisting with opening/closing tasks and station upkeep.
• Knowing table and station numbers.
• Directing guests to areas and restrooms.
• Creating memorable guest experiences.
• Entertaining guests to create 'Raving Fans'.
