Job summary

Hard Rock International is seeking a Server at our Hard Rock Cafe location to guide guests through the dining experience, take orders, and ensure a memorable visit. You will handle payments, demonstrate product knowledge, and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take guests' orders accurately and promptly.
• Run food and deliver to tables.
• Handle cash and other payment types.
• Operate POS system and process payments efficiently.
• Verify IDs for age-restricted items and maintain responsible service.
• Provide accurate product knowledge and upsell where appropriate.
• Assist guests, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Direct guests to areas and restrooms and create memorable experiences.
