Hard Rock International is seeking a Server to guide guests through the core Hard Rock experience in our cafe venues. You will take orders, run food, handle cash, and use a point‑of‑sale system to complete sales while ensuring guest IDs for age verification when needed.

You'll demonstrate product knowledge, deliver friendly service, and maintain a clean, organized station. The role requires a High School diploma or GED and adherence to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Follows all food safety & sanitation procedures.
• In some states, a food safety certification may be required before serving food or alcohol.

Responsabilités

• Taking guests’ orders.
• Running food.
• Handling cash & other forms of payment.
• Using a point-of-sale system to complete transactions.
• Checking IDs for guests who appear under 30.
• Demonstrating responsible alcohol service.
• Demonstrating product knowledge.
• Suggestive selling to enhance guest experience.
• Answering questions accurately and politely.
• Maintaining a clean and organized station.
• Performing opening, closing and side duties for the station.
• Directing guests to areas and restrooms.
• Creating memorable experiences and entertaining guests.
