Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking a friendly server to deliver an elevated guest experience in our high-energy venues. You will greet guests, take orders, and provide knowledgeable recommendations while maintaining pace in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities include following service steps, handling POS orders, and ensuring accuracy and cleanliness. Prior high-volume restaurant experience and ability to multitask are required; tips are a major part of compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior experience serving in a high-volume restaurant with POS devices.
• Strong level of emotional intelligence and overall self-awareness.
• High standards of guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Experience safely and effectively transporting food and beverage.
• Sense of urgency and ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.
• Safely and effectively communicate to perform and follow job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Anticipate guests' needs and ensure overall experience exceeds expectations.
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile.
• Provide efficient, friendly service to tables within your section, including taking orders and answering questions about the menu.
• Follow steps of service, bussing and resetting tables.
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions.
• Ensure all orders arrive in a timely manner.
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Be a team player and assist colleagues as needed.
• Complete opening and closing side-work duties as assigned.
