Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant with POS devices.
• Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• High standards of guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverages.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Clear communication to perform job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile and provide friendly service.
• Take orders, answer questions about the menu, and follow steps of service.
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders.
• Ensure all orders arrive in a timely manner and maintain service quality.
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines and be a team player.
• Complete opening and closing side-work duties; assist with other tasks as assigned.
