Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old to apply.
- Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant with POS devices.
- Strong emotional intelligence and guest-satisfaction focus.
- Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
- Able to transport food & beverages safely.
- Able to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication with team and guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile.
- Provide efficient, friendly table service and take orders.
- Answer questions about the menu and dietary needs.
- Follow steps of service and buss/reset tables.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Complete opening and closing side-work duties.
- Collaborate with team and assist in other duties.
