Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a guest-oriented Server to provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes creating an elevated dining experience and helping guests celebrate moments with a fun, team-driven atmosphere.

Open daily with flexible schedules, part-time opportunities, and tips that enhance compensation. Training on food safety and beverage knowledge will be provided to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverages.
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring your A Game each and every day.
• Anticipate guests' needs and exceed expectations.
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile.
• Provide efficient, friendly service to tables, take orders, answer questions, and reset tables.
• Follow food allergy procedures and special orders as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain safety standards.
• Work as a team and complete opening/closing side-work duties.
