Qualifications

• Experience as a Server preferred; must be of legal age if serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort to tables, present menus and promotions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter into POS system.
• Serve food and beverages with proper portioning and presentation.
• Monitor tableware and maintain a neat dining area.
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide proactive assistance and refills.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Communicate dietary restrictions or special requests to the kitchen.
• Relay guest feedback to management for resolution.
• Process payments and present receipts at the end of the meal.
