Job summary

Olympia Hospitality in Norfolk seeks a friendly Restaurant Server to deliver outstanding guest service with a smile. Pay starts at $6.75/hour + tips, with a supportive team and growth opportunities.

You will greet guests, take orders, answer questions, coordinate with kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely, accurate service while keeping a clean, welcoming dining area. Qualifications

• Experience as a Server is preferred; must be of legal age if serving alcohol.
• Provide high-level customer service with attention to detail and composure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort to tables, and present menus, specials, and promotions.
• Take orders, answer questions about ingredients, and communicate diets to kitchen.
• Enter orders in POS, ensure accuracy and special requests are conveyed.
• Serve meals and beverages, monitor cleanliness and portioning.
• Anticipate needs, upsell, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Process payments and present bills at end of meal.
