Olympia Hospitality is hiring a Restaurant Server to provide exceptional guest service and ensure a positive dining experience. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver accurate, timely service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Server is preferred; must be of legal age if serving alcohol.
• Provide high-level customer service and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort to tables, present menus and promotions.
• Assist guests with menu selections, recommendations, and dietary questions.
• Take orders accurately, relay to kitchen, and ensure special requests are clear.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensure proper portions and presentation.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of tableware and dining area.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance and refills.
• Coordinate timing with kitchen and bar to deliver orders on time.
• Communicate dietary restrictions to kitchen to meet guest preferences.
• Relay feedback to management for prompt resolution.
• Process payments securely and present bills at the end of the meal.
