Qualifications

• Provide high-level customer service to guests and team members.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
• Maintain composure under pressure and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort to tables, present menus and promotions.
• Take orders accurately, communicate modifications to kitchen.
• Enter orders into POS promptly and ensure timely service.
• Serve food and beverages with proper presentation and temperature.
• Monitor cleanliness of tableware and dining area.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance.
• Coordinate with kitchen/bar to ensure timely service.
• Communicate dietary restrictions to kitchen and accommodate requests.
• Relay guest feedback to management for resolution.
• Process payments accurately and provide receipts at end of meal.
